So I thought a revisit to this mod is in order… so here we are! The focus on this series is just to have fun above all else, meaning boss progression is NOT the sole focus of this new series. Hey python hope you are doing well.
I just binged your 1.4.3 Calamity Let's Play, will you be doing more variety later in terms of loadouts? You did almost exclusively melee weapons in late hardmode.
You can build multiple storage boxes to increase your storage as well as make upgrades to improve storage soace
That golden butterfly not being noticed was alot of pain 😅
A few tips about magic storage:
1. If you craft an item and leave it there it will automatically go into your storage.
2. You can shift click items into your storage while magic crafting is open.
When it comes to building the hell run way are you gonna stream that as well
i was also playing master – revengeance and had to switch to expert, the master mode reworks on vanilla bosses are crazy!
Big tip that can save time: if you have ore excavator mod you can quickly place platforms by holding the excavate button and then placing a platoform, it will place lots of platforms in a line

My recommendations for magic storage
1. use the configuration block (grey one) as it allows for you to craft things using stuff from your inventory
2.look at getting combined stations as they are very useful to increase variety of crafting recipes as is means that multiple workstations only take up 1 slot
One fact about calamity is they rework quite a few vanilla armour sets – ALL of the metal armours have unique set bonuses – for example, lead armour grants knockback immunity, and tin gives +5 armour penetration, so it might be useful for general exploration to have a set of metal armour on.
Hey python just as a tip, activating the classic health bar style has some new looks when you get later health upgrades.
4:53 If you want to deposit the items quickly while being in the Crafting Interface, I think that you press Shift, tclick the item and it will put the items inside Magic Storage as long as the interface is open.
You can filter the stuff that you can craft so it only shows you the weapons, accessories, potions, etc… There's also a config option for Magic Storage where you can change the UI to one that you'd prefer.
Yeah, the main thing with this Calamity update is that they gave new Master Mode (exclusive) AI to ALL the Vanilla Bosses (and some of the modded ones I think). Most of the bosses (not all of them tho) DO NOT deal contact damage UNLESS they'e attacking you. Honestly, my best advice is: ALWAYS make large arenas and remember that 30 stacks of potions gives you the buff infinitely.

Python you could totally use the infinite king slime summon to your advantage for boss fights. Just summon king slime a couple of times before the boss fight and collect the hearts when you are low or summon it while you are fighting the boss for quick regen. This is really helpful when you can one shot the king slime.
For Magic Storage Crafting Stations. you can also use a bucket of lava, a bucket of water, (im assuming also a bucket of shimmer post ml).
the mod also adds new crafting stations that are combination of vanilla and calamity stations.

After you’ve crafted something with magic storage if you leave it in the slot it will automatically return to the container. Love the content keep up the great work. 🏳️⚧️
in calamity, you can actually craft all materials required for the ankh charm. i would recommend doing that in the future (like hardmode)
Quick tip: when looting for heart crystals, make sure to check out the sky islands. Calamity mod adds biome islands as well as stone formations containing heart crystals!

with the magic storage mod, if you leave whatever you crafted in the interface and start searching and crafting another item, itll automatically return to the storage heart. (craft bottles, search up … potion, craft potion and the bottles will automatically be in the storage heart)
Would you ever consider in the future playing any other terraria mods such as thorium or the stars above mod? Loving the calamity series so far
Add calamity music extra for the non calamity bosses.

A gemcorn farm was mad beneficial for quick diamonds for the magic storage mod
Been a while since I’ve seen you play sadly, but as you probably saw with all the potions and buff stuff, they have unlimited uses at 30. What that means is if you have 30 of them in a piggy bank, as an example, you have the buffs at all times no need to drink them. Is quite nice.
Im sorry but seeing you take the water bottles out of the crafting output in the magic storage just to put it into its same spot is funny, because I know how long youve been playing this game for so it makes it even funnier
