Dude, the fact that my birthday is May 16th makes me think that Terraria was the best ever birthday gift I could get, and now I get to play an older version that I wanted to play for a really long time! Terraria has always have and will always have a special place just in my heart.
Now I gotta go back to 1.2 that's when I first joined at like 6-10 years old around there

I hated 2d game till i fell in love with Terraria, it was 2012 mobile demo that my friend was making yt videos about and hooked me into the game. One if not the best games I have ever played. Started as demo 1.2, cracked on pc and mobile 1.3 and after i got money bought it on steam, and for 1.4 i think i bought it for mobile as well. Thanks RELOGIC for this Masterpiece of the game and precious memories!
We got True Excalibur, True Nights Edge, but no True Final Update. And I'm okay with it 🥲
Happy Birthday Terraria. Honestly I want a build of the game where we got Ocram and other stuff from the console editions
I really love that they are giving these legacy versions of the game back to the community in a sense, though I will say I'm pretty surprised that they aren't trying to get them up on GoG as well, that's one of the biggest selling points of that Launcher Good OLD Games, hopefully these transition over there as additional downloads for Terraria at some point.
My first Terraria version was 1.1.2, on the Xbox 360 release, it's going to be so fun to go back and revisit

I didn't start playing until, like, a year before Journey's End. Well, I guess I should just be glad that I didn't have to witness the disappointment that came from T:OW's cancellation.
It feels so nice having played Terraria for so long. It's an amazing game with an amazing, wholesome dev team and a great community. And yet people still think it's just 2D minecraft XD

I was there when they first announced the end of Terraria and it was truly a sad day. After that they came back and kept improving the game. After 1.1 Terraria took massive changes (for the better) to become what it is now. Truly magnificent.
so annoying i remember how the "last update" was in 2020. the devs are a joke just make a new game at this point instead of lying saying its the last update to bring people back to play. "it will actually be the last this time" yeah everyone who thinks that are braindead lmao
