  1. fwhip since you have a giant hollow space inside of your mountain, what about when you finish it you build an ancient abandoned civilization inside the mountain, idea very much inspired by Fear and Hunger and the city of Gods

  2. AN IDEA: place a river between the path side and grass side of mountain. build a hut for each side for 2 brothers. One of them is a villager and one of them pillager. they are get angry at each other. pillager has a dead trees around his hut and villager has normal trees around his hut. its kind of a little lore or storyline build. maybe you can build a broken bridge on the river. Rumor has it that one day the brothers will make peace and that bridge will magically repair itself.

+i think pink petals can look so good on the mountain

  3. this might be cringey or typical but hear me out, Volcano! at the end of the mountain range a dormant volcano similar to Mt. Fuji and then in the future there can be a Japanese style village on the side of the volcano.

  4. I don't know if it will work, but you could try placing glow lichen close to the places where the water is freezing. I know it works with torches, so maybe it'll work out with the glow lichen.

  5. Hey fwhip love you vids, quick question. What type of pc do you use, I’m currently looking for one. and have you played the potato update yet?

  6. fWhip please light up those dark patches! I'm getting flashbacks from your previous hardcore world, with a very specific mountain project…

  7. I'm not going to sugarcoat like the other commenters… the path blocks looked better imo and it sucks to see you abandon the idea

  8. I really like the slower pace of this video, in a way a good mix between your older content and the most recent "full energy" videos.

As a suggestion, it could be nice to place some flowing water under the rivers for vibes.

  9. planting a field go brrrrrr
jokes away though, this is hella gorgeous! I can't comprehend just how many hours is going into this project looking awesome! Continue what you're doing, as long as you feel like it!! You're absolutely fantastic!!

  10. Hey all! Seeing a few comments about the path blocks being removed so wanted to explain my reasoning further here —

Unfortunately there is no way to really detail on top of path blocks, grass / flowers / leaves / etc. cannot be placed on them, which means once the terrain would be built out it would be almost completely bare without any details.. and anything I would add in would destroy the path blocks. So in order to make something more detailed later on and have more options available to work with, I decided to turn it all into grass blocks. We'll revisit the idea again in the future 🙂

  11. Idk why but I can already see a village right under the peaks, just few small houses with a monastery or a clash of clans style town hall!

  12. You could add at the top of the mountain some kind of mage tower that predicts the weather or a druid den that checks that the great tree is healthy.
Btw love your vids, keep up the great work <3

  13. I think you should add some small buildings near the trunk of the tree but not too many to make the trunk appear even more massive and it'll give off fantastical world vibes

  14. Once you cut of the beacon, you stil get the effect for some time. Jusr make a 10 second hopper clock, let the beacon turn on, and then turn of again

  15. WHY did you get rid of the path blocks on the terrain, it looked so good. Also as a suggestion try adding patches of a darker dirt variant, like coarse dirt or podzol to make it look like shawdows, I think that, that would look pretty good.

  16. Does someone know the Resource Pack or mod that adds the fluffy clouds and hexagonal sun when fwhip doesn't has shaders on it? I have the Dramatic Skys RP but I want something softer like this ones.

  17. My dear brother in blocks, the valley you created with the rounded stone mountain top is just screaming for a castle ruins/ LOTR Weather Top build, something like a look tower. As always, love your work. Cheers!

  18. Id like to take a moment to remind fWhip of the term 'Rolling Hills'.
As in, hills that go up AND down!

I think adding in more natural variation in elevation would add a lot to this project. Plus, it'll help create good places for streams, rivers and lakes!

  19. Hey Fwip! Love ur videos. I had a thought. U need a whole lot of wood for the projects ur doing. I know u said u don’t like using tree farms, as u like the grid of the game, but what if u made a designated tree chopping area? The few u have made in the past weren’t permanent and u ended up covering them up later. What if u set up a foresters area around the lumber-mill? Similar to the mushroom farm, u can decorate around it to make it look great in the world while also having a permanent place to chop wood types like jungle, spruce or acacia that aren’t around the starter area?

  20. In my opinion it would be amazing if you use the place under the mountain for a big underground fairy kingdom. A beautiful dark forest biome with big roots and glowing mushrooms hanging from the ceiling. I think if fWhip can't do it, no one could do it❤

  21. The whole world is insane, every upload I am more and more amazed. I'm always looking forward to another addition, I feel somewhat nostalgic looking back to the first episodes. It's an epic journey, glad we can tag along <3.
