Top 10 Best Early-Hardmode Weapons – Terraria 1.4.4.9
Hardmode is a game advancement that is triggered in a world when the Wall of Flesh is defeated for the first time. The beginning of Hardmode is considered to be one of the hardest parts of the game.
Terraria is usually split into two main arcs. Pre-hardmode, which consists of everything before Wall of Flesh, and Hardmode, which consists of everything after Wall of Flesh up to Moon Lord. Upon beating the Wall of Flesh, you’ll soon realize that your current weapons will not last you long in hardmode. So I’ve created a top 10 Terraria best early-hardmode weapons and how to get them.
This is just my personal opinion. There are many kinds of weapons in Terraria and it is very difficult to determine the best because everyone has their own way of playing, so it’s up to you whether you agree or not with this video.

The dart weapons dropped from Corruption and Crimson Mimics respectively also deserve a special mention. They have very significant single target DPS and/or crowd control depending on what ammo you’re choosing. Even if you aren’t using them as primary weapons, the Dart Pistol especially brings very useful support with Ichor darts similarly to the Golden Shower.
