  1. YOU GUYS ARE SO UNDERPOWERED if you're going summoner, you should get a summon go down to a spider cave with a bunch of spiderwebs and kill spiders to get fangs then with 52 spider fangs you can get spider armor and the spider staff and for an accessory go to the witch doctor (the person with the skull on their face) to get a pigmy neckless(1+minions). now for Blake get him a power glove(combined with the feral claws and titan glove and can be upgraded after the mechanical bosses) and a yoyo bag crafted with one counterweight and the yoyo glove (both bought from the skeleton merchant), and some yoyo string (crafted with cobwebs) combine them at a tinker workshop and boom you have the best yoyo tool in the game equip it and you get 2 yoyos and 2 counterweights with extra range. also first comment

  2. Since you want to be a summoner, here are some things to get
Spider armor (made from 52 spider fangs dropped from black recluses)
Summoner emblem (from wall of flesh or shimmer a different emblem)
Pygmy necklace (from witch doctor at night) (you get the witch doctor after beating Queen Bee I don't remember if you have or not) you have this
Feral claws ( I think you have some but you can get them from jungle chests)
Upgrade those into power gloves ( combine them with Titan gloves from mimics)
Avengers emblem ( a sudo upgrade of the summer emblem that stacks with it so get both)
Keep in mind this is from memory so might have slight errors

  3. Terrarium tips! – return to summoner!

The great hallowed bar grind begins! Yall need to craft excalibur for blake (its huge) and durendal for you (its a crazy summon weapon)

Homies will say spider armor, but i have 3 bette4 suggestions- hallowed armor for summoners, forbidden armor that is a minion mage set from forbidden fragments which you have, and apprentice armor, a strong mage sentry summoner armor bought with defender metals.

Great job on pylon work! Yall are doing great!

  4. Great job guys, you're so good now! The only things I'd recommend for Cloud is to complete the armor set, as well as to craft Durandal, whip for summoners. But if you really that into magic weapons (what is actually okay, magic is op), then craft at least some mana potions. After Destroyer with all that you're already to can kill the NEXT boss.
Keep in mind, that boss have a quite unique attack pattern and it'll be tough to beat it with a first try. Just saying ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. – When you place down the Garden Gnome, it gives buffs to nearby players!
    – With your new gear, try fighting the Old One's Army again.
    – That Moon Charm accessory you put away is very good for Melee, give it to Blake.
    – Flameburst sentry kinda sucks, throw it into the Shimmer and turn it into a Ballista sentry insted.
    – Always place down whatever sentry you have at the boss arena before summoning a boss.
    – With Hallowed Bars you can craft the Durendal, a whip. When hitting an enemy, it makes enemies take more damage from minions and sentries for 3 seconds!

  6. ok, once again i must tell you how biome generation works. both corruption and hallowed spread in a V shape down through the world starting at the surface going all the way down to hell and with that said you can farm souls of night way easier but going left from your base and finding the corruption on the surface and mining down to the cavern layer. the corruption you keep going to if too small for most corruption mobs to spawn because the hallowed has taken over that area that's why your mostly getting souls of light.

if your going summoner you can make a whip out of hallowed bars, whips help guide your summons to there target as well as some whips having abilities, the optic staff is a funny little thing because it only uses half a summon slot so even if you had no summoner stuff you can always use it twice.

  7. The recommended way to get souls is by going to the deeper corruption and hallowed biomes. At your point in the game a different variant of those biomes spawns just above the underworld so you could just look on the roof of the underworld to find them.

  8. As everyone else has said, without a whip youโ€™re only getting half of a summonerโ€™s power.

The creator of Terraria goes by Redigit (aka Red) (aka trap lover extraodinaire).

    The Confused debuff flips controls.

If you build a mushroom biome ~50 blocks above the dungeon you can get a mushroom pylon (100 blocks of blue grass (mushroom grass seeds in a chest somewhere)) and teleport straight there.

Souls of night drop when youโ€™re standing on the right side of mushroom biome cos thatโ€™s where corruption is.

Thereโ€™s so many mechanics in this game, its impossible to find them all out on the first run. Thereโ€™s a whole hidden luck stat the game never tells you about.

Cross necklace/star veil is a melee item. Itโ€™s so good I sometimes use it for endgame characters. Synergises with hallowed armour and any dodge accessories.

Combine philosopherโ€™s stone with band of regen. Real good item.

Dps meter is an actual item. Bought from travelling merchant.

  9. Alright, so it's been said before, and some other people are talking about it here, but it really needs to be stated again: Armor Set Bonus is everything at this point in the game. You only have two summoning slots because you're rocking the Melee Titanium armor bonus, which helps nothing but the Melee class. Actually, where you are at the game, you have two options for Summoner armor: going for the Spider armor will give you solid Summon damage bonuses and the maximum number of slots, allowing you a final number of slots (With your base one and extra from the Bewitching Table) of 5 total minion slots. Alternatively, you can go for the Hallowed Armor wearing the Summoner Helmet, which gives you one less minion slot, but the primary set bonus for the Hallowed Armor is just busted.

If you truly want to go Summoner, you really ought to make yourself the Durendal whip from Hallowed bars, as it's the best Summoner whip you can get at the point in progression. You have a Pigmy Necklace in your inventory, trade out the Magiluminecence (It's that yellow necklace you have equipped) to get an extra minion slot. It might sound like the whips should be Melee, but because Terraria wants you to be active in combat, they gave Summoner the whips to help out. While you were complaining about DPS, all I was thinking was: you sure would be doing more damage if only you actually REFORGED you gear. I actually really enjoy playing Summoner, and all the little numbers that pop up when using the Blade Staff tickle my brain.

Others have said this, and have said it for quite a while no: give Blake that Moon Charm that's collecting dust, as it's crazy for Melee.

  10. I was the one giving you steps on how to get and use water candle last episode. And boi I am Happy you figure it out! Keep up the great videos! Hope more people find this wonderful channel! ๐Ÿ˜‰

โ€ข Put water candles anywhere you want MORE Enemies to spawn

โ€ข Put sunflower anywhere you want LESS enemies to spawn

Don't forget to put a campfire for the extra small health Regen, it might save you.

  11. All you ever need to know about Cross Necklace

    1) keeps you alive longer

Very good for none melee users to stay alive because of their low Defense. So keep it ๐Ÿ˜Š

    More details:

NO CROSS NECKLACE: After taking damage, you will not take damage again in 0.67 seconds.

WITH CROSS NECKLACE: After taking damage, you will not take damage again in 1.33 seconds

That few millisecond is game changing!

  12. @2:16 I think I see a purpleish strange plant in the dirt just before the stone starts. Take it to the dye trader for some rare funky dye to dye your armor or accessories. There are some cool effect dyes out there. Remember to set out the heart lanterns and statues. Blake needs all the healing he can get for boss fights(hehehe). Increase health with the life fruits in the jungle.
