Wow! That waterfall reveal! When you just started I wasn't getting it at all, like 'Yeah, but it's just glass blocks', but with the finished thing — instant, 'Wait, that's a real waterfall! There's movement?? How'd he do that??!' Superb work, amazing artistry, Bdubs! Candles??! So cool!
i actually gasped, that forest is absolutely beautiful!
Any animal you put in the forest will likely wander/run away. To combat this, maybe you can make a moss carpet barrier to keep them from pathfinding out of the region!
Small forest = grove.

I think the waterfall would benefit from some light blue or cyan glass sparsely used to give it just the touch of blue to solidify the water feeling, rather than just a white mass

In Impulse video, he was putting sounds on player heads. You really should add some kind of forest sounds when people walk over the bridge. Flowing water sounds, birds chirping, leaves rustling in the wind etc.. Minecraft can feel stale but with sound I think you could add the illusion of movement.

for some added sound design, you can have flowing water a block down. that way you have the sound of water near the stream
I love how instead of super fast time lapses, Bdubs is showing us the lovely careful process of building. Love the music selection too

You should maybe try to put some running water underneath so that the sound effect plays. It might help with the immersion and atmosphere! Maybe you could even have some flowing water showing beneath the glass for that slight bit of movement. Or prismarine also has a subtle bit of color animation, could try that too…
Bdubs, all the other comments about what your forest is missing are correct, but I think I know something your forest *has too much off, GRASS*. Generally grass doesn't grow in shaded areas, especially if said area has been downed in acid that comes free when needles decay on the ground.
This is why pine, spruce and beech forests lack much of an undergrowth. There's still one, but very limited.

If i may suggest something ekstra, you could put running water under the brigde, just for sound purposes? So its hidden, but the sound is there.
I really wanted to say how awesome it's been watching bdubs develop as an artist. Because, it's so cool, every thing he is talking about and mentioning is stuff that artists use when drawing, painting, and creating compositions. But in minecraft. He's an amazing artist. And I love watching him create his immersive painting. It's so cool! I get so happy when he explains his thought process and it's just…ART. So cool. Especially how well he can explain his thought process. You can learn so much about how you should think when creating a piece of art from his base build. I love it! It makes me geek out. I hope when the season ends he puts up an art label sign like: Bdubs, the Cozy Valley, 2024, Minecraft block on block, 1000×1000 blocks

I love the waterfall! I think the campfire makes the entire waterfall look like it’s moving, not just at the bottom. The forest is one of my favorite projects you’ve done!
I like the idea someone had for your leafless trees to change them with the seasons. Flowery leaves for spring, plain leaves summer, fall colors and just branches as they are now for winter

Waterfall looks unreal, perfect location, perfect size and perfect shape to showcase it lapping over “rocks” that a waterfall would bounce over. So well done bdubs
you could make a ring around the whole forest with moss carpets on top of sweet berry bushes so that the bunnies don't escape
but make the ring thick like 3 blocks thick cause bunnies would jump over it otherwise i think
