3:34 As a guy with arthritis and other spinal related issues Hot Pepper a.k.a. "Capsaicin" is in many OTC creams and products to treat such which I tried over the years to use, and ultimately couldn't. Maybe my skin is too sensitive but the burning effect was MUCH greater than any benefit, and if you ever find yourself like me please never make the mistake of trying to wash off said cream with even the coldest of running water because the burning only intensified to the point of actual tears. That shit was BAD! The only OTC non-capsaicin based pain reliving cream which has helped/worked at times is Aspercreme. This has been your health-related PSA for today. 💯
