It s unbelivable how good these songs match every season,like stardew valley might officialy be in my top 10 games of all time, and the fact that it s made by a single man(god)….

Out of all the songs in Stardew, this is the one I come back to the most. It has this melancholic and nostalgic vibe that just sets right with me.
It's weird because I actually hate summer as a season. I hate sweating, I hate bugs, I hate the heat, and I just hate almost everything about it. But this song reminds me of the nostalgic melancholia that comes with the season and I want to learn to appreciate it more.
First time hearing this ost, i seriously through that a Minecraft pillager raid can occur any second now. I was really stressed because "how am i going to do something with a rusty sword?"
as someone that loves jefferson airplane’s music, i loved the soundtrack and overall ambience of this game. not only moving to the tucked away little dream town of pelican, with your private little farm playing this sweet music while you performed your daily tasks- but the band i mentioned used unique instruments like sitar, as well as donovan and other artists from the 60s (i think the beatles did too?) and think summer of love- it made me wonder if the creator had this in mind? i don’t know why, but because i already had this connection previously, it just made me adore the game that much more!
