Four Remain in Terraria: Modded Madness…

Mutant. Nihilus. Calamitas. The Exo-Mechs. These are the four final remaining bosses in Modded Madness. Only two can prevail to the final round, and only one can win the whole thing. Who falls in the Final Four round, and who advances to the championship?

In Modded Madness, I have set up a tournament where I have selected a pool of 68 bosses from a large assortment of mods, and put them in a bracket to determined out of participants which one emerges on top.

  1. the author cooks and I hope he continues in the same spirit. I'm already looking forward to next year's tournament and the pre-hardmode battle, if my memory serves me correctly. for bosses… well, the mutant will take the championship without any problems. even if calamitas almost finished off nihilus, then the mutant with his 3 phases and a total of ~10 million HP can handle it even more so.

Another question… will we see him in "Masochism"? in fact, it’s not worth it, because then even the deity on the GFB will have problems, let alone his furious state… and yet. will his fight be against a boss rush, for example?

  2. For this whole series i love the character dynamics, and hell, characters you gave to these bosses of modded Terraria. Not a lot of people would bother to look beyond the bossfight, but I like the little moments, like Calamitas admiring how hellish Nihilus looks, Paraffin and Aqueous' friendship, and even the Mutant, who I was surprised got as much character as he did.

  3. After Mutant wins this championship, we need to see more powerful contenders for the next one, like the gimmick Supreme Alchemist Cirrus, or the spammer Nameless Deity, or more vanilla like MEAC EoL, even a redemption arc for The Son.

  4. That last interaction between KS and Aqueous was beautiful and finally we had to see Nihilus second phase along an epic sync with the music, good choice using fire emblem three hopes music, i truly enjoyed this video. See you next week to know the winner

  5. I was cheering for Calamitas and it's a shame to see her lose, but I confess that she fought VERY BAD, out of nowhere she was going to attack the stone that was far away and stood still in the fire, letting the Soul Seekers die for free.
I think if she had Sepulcher in the fight or in Infernum mode she would win

I knew that Draedon would have no chance against Mutant, but I was surprised that he almost took Mutant into phase 2

  6. Love the Legend of heroes music

Also, This isn't even enraged masochist mode Mutant, it's just what he's like normally

I don't think any boss can compete with him at his height

Not to mention his laser timestop doesn't affect NPC's, if it did, well, infinite damage and constant timestop is rather unfair

  7. Ngl Draedon was the funnest one to watch every time he fought because mutant is just that generic op final boss and that isn’t really that unique but Calamitas was way more entertaining to watch compared to Nihilus

  8. Just a heads up, Nihilus seems to do an anomalous amount of damage to the mutant. He is getting 1-2k damage consistently with every projectile despite only having 550 attack against mutant's 255 defense, with no modifiers (that's half of the damage he's doing to SCal, and damage is multiplied by 25 here, with SCal having a lot less defense than mutant.) while mutant's damage falls within the expectations, doing 100-300 damage with 444 attack against 300 defense.
