Wow I’m so early
I'm not sure I've ever gotten to dance with someone year one. It's so hard to give enough loved gifts to get anyone to 4 hearts.

I have the same problem remembering if I've kept stuff for birthdays, CC, etc. How I remedied that was by placing a chest by the path exiting towards town and putting all the stuff needed for that in there. Just something that helps me! And yes, you need the tub of flowers recipe as part of the "craft everything" part of perfection! You do need the rarecrow too, but there are other years for that!

The cave is unlocked based on your total money earned, but it's still good to befriend Demetrius if you have the winter foraging bundle, as he can send you that winter shell thing in the mail and you can potentially complete the community center in fall of year 1.

Who do you plan on romancing?
For Perfection 100% you do need to buy all recipes and craft the item at least once, but it never become unachievable. So, the flower dance recipe is available to buy every flower dance until you buy it.
