The glass blocks can be either solid or transparent, iron blocks must be solid blocks, the slabs must be transparent blocks
The bottom dispenser must have exactly 1 glass bottle, while the dropper on top can have as many as you want, (but if you build this design it’s probably not a lot)
In java DO NOT put blocks in front of the repeaters even if it looks they point to nothing, the blocks are only needed in bedrock because of quasi-connectivity
If you want you can use trapdoors instead of noteblocks in java, just not the other way around
edit: apparently bees can’t exit beehives in bedrock with a flower in front, i guess move the flower back one block
