AESTHETIC way to build your iron farm in Minecraft. I took inspiration of my old design and combined it with the idea of hot spring / onsen. I love the idea of murdering iron golem with hot water.

Compared to my last design, this one work perfectly non-stop and it is pretty efficient in producing iron ingot.

    – There are flaws with this design which cause the iron farm stop working after a period of time. If your farm stop working, watch the video above and upgrade it to ver2.1 or ver3.0 (best).

    FAQ

    1. Iron golem spawn outside of farm
    Recommend building this on a flat surface which I failed to mention in the video. Watch the video below to learn about spawn radius. Remove some of the terrain or add non-spawnable blocks to the area that's inside spawn radius.

    2. Iron golem spawn inside or above the house
    Remember to spawn-proof every surface of the house. Place carpet / button / leaves block to prevent that.

    3. How to get the villagers up into the house
    Trap villager inside a boat. Then place rails around the boat and push a minecart toward the villager. Then build a temp path with powered rail to send the villager up into the house. Same way we did for the zombie.

    4. Iron golem stops spawning

    Check this video and upgrade it to ver2.1 or ver3.0 (best).

    5. Iron golem escapes the pool
    Make the pool deeper by moving the campfire, hoppers and chests 1 block lower.

    6. Can we use normal campfire?
    YES! It just kills the iron golem slower and it won't affect the iron ingot rate.

    What is the layer of water in the kill zone for? I thought it might be to keep the golem from trying to walk upstream to keep from falling into the fire, but the wiki says they avoid both water and fire.

    I trapped my first zombie but it despawned. I gave it a tool, which it picked up, I saw somewhere that would be another way to prevent despawn but apparently not. I don't have a nametag and I don't want to switch to creative. What do I do?

    Can you help me, the farm worked great but after a while it stopped working. I put in new villagers, new zombies even built a redstone clock that blocks the view of the zombies occasionally. Nothing worked :
