Showcasing Every New Crafting Item in Stardew Valley 1.6!

Today I am going to Showcase every new crafting item in stardy Valley 1.6 including where and how to find the recipes how much they cost and what are the ingredients required to craft set item there’s quite a few and they are awesome so let’s get straight in to the

First one and the first one is the big chest both wooden and stone we saw a leak of this before 1.6 released and so many people are excited for this one it’s always good to have more storage you can purchase the wooden big chest recipe from Robin and you can purchase

The Big Stone one from the dwarf both at 5,000 gold each that’s for the recipe and in order to craft the wooden one you need 120 pieces of wood with two copper bar and with the stone one you don’t need copper bar but you do need 250

Stone which I have not crafted this one yet so let’s go ahead and do it let’s put it next to the wooden one and if you’re curious to know just how big these are and how much storage you get you now get five rows which is nearly double of the regular chest

Because they used to hold 36 items now these big ones hold 70 next on the list is the dehydrator Pierre will sell this recipe for 10,000 gold and an awesome thing as well if you actually choose the mushroom cave you will actually get one of these

For free inside the cave you can place five pieces of fruit or edible mushroom in here to dry and if you place five grapes you can also create a new product which are raisins next on the list is the mushroom log you unlock this recipe by getting to foraging level four and

This will grow mushrooms every so often when placed but if you place it near a lot of wild trees this works much faster the trees have to be within a 7×7 radius it will produce mushrooms every 4 days and rainy days will cause this to take a

Day Less in order to craft this you need 10 hardwood and 10 Moss next on the list is the bait maker a brand new machine that allows you to place fish inside to create a targeted bait so for example if you are hunting for The Catfish Place a

Catfish into the bait maker and you will now get catfish bait and it makes catching that certain fish so much easier in order to make this you need free iron bar threee coral and one sea urchin and you don’t have to pay for this recipe you’ll actually get this by

Getting to level six in fishing and another awesome thing is the bait maker actually accepts legendary fish so if you are hunting for the legendary fish putting that in there you will get a specific bait to go hunting for legendaries following on with the theme of the fishing the next machine is a

Fish smoker this allows you to place fish inside with a piece of coal to create smoked fish one fish one coal to create a smoked fish and it actually increases the value of that fish by double the quality of the fish is also preserved so if you put in an iridium quality

Legend this is going to give you a smoked Legend at iridium quality which doubles the value which is insane to craft the fish smoker you need 10 hardwood and one each of the jellies sea River and Cave which you can get randomly just by fishing in the waters

Of each location you will have to purchase this recipe from Willie the fish shop for 10,000 gold the next item on the list is the deluxe worm bin a more advanced version of the standard this will produce Deluxe bait which is one of the new items in order to craft

This you need one of the original worm bins Plus 30 Moss we can go on to the deluxe bait as well this is a new bait which make fish buy even faster and increases the size of the fishing bar one of the best baits in the game in my

Opinion and in order to get this you need five bait and two Moss you will unlock the recipe for the deluxe worm bin when you reach level eight in fishing and you’ll actually get the new Deluxe bait at level four in fishing and there it is in all its Glory next on the

List is the heavy verace a more advanced version of the standard you will have to fully max out all of your skills to level 10 to unlock the new Mastery system I’ve done a separate video on this if you want to find out more about that there’ll be linked down below or

You can press the little eye button in the top right but once you master The Mining and purchase it which you’ll need to fill this Mastery bar up here with XP and one of the best ways to do this by the way is using the redeemed scythe and

Just harvesting a ton of star fruit right here the XP bar will go up so fast it’s it’s quick it’s easy use ginger Island to do it put some speed grow on there as well and there we go I’ve already maxed out I’m level five I’ve got one point left

And I’ve saved that for this video because we need to go Master mining just take a visit to the new Mastery cave you can see we have got one more to claim which is the mining Mastery and you will get the recipe for the heavy furnace I

Have now fully done them all you feel Grandpa’s hand patting your shoulder all the Torches have lit up and there we go you can see the recipe is automatically in our crafting now and all you need to craft this is two St standard furnaces with threee iron bar and 50 Stone and

Heavy furnace is more efficient than a regular but this will require 25 pieces of ore instead of five and fre coal per use instead of one and there we go there is the heavy furnace using 25 ore and fre coal will give you six bars so you

Can do this a lot faster and get bigger quantities it’s actually better than the standard cuz you get one extra bar per or ratio 25 or would normally give you five bars in the standard but you get six if you use and heavy and you actually use two less coal as well

Really really good to have a massive ton of those is going to be so good to keep up with the mining theme next on the list is the Anvil the Anvil allows you to reforge trinkets randomizing their stats this will cost three aridian bars per use and in order to craft this you

Need 50 iron bars which is a hell of a lot the same way you get the heavy furnace by mastering out the mining skill you’ll have to master combat in the cave to get the recipe for this if you don’t know what trinkets are they

Are a new thing in the game which give you basically a power up and really give you a boost in combat I’m doing a whole separate video on that after this one so make sure you stick around if you want to see the trinkets in more detail but

For a little example in the sneak peek this is one of the trinkets the Golden Spur and this will make your critical strikes give you a speed boost for 6 seconds but if you place that into the Anvil by using three idium bars this will give you a random stat on the

Golden Spur other than it being the one that it said and now that we’ve done this this will make our critical strikes give us a speed boost for 7 Seconds instead of six and if you’re lucky you can get a really good startat which will make these trinkets so powerful 10

Seconds per Critical Strike we get a speed boost wow that’s really good the next one on the list is the mini Forge but this essentially allows you to enchant all of your tools and weapons from the convenience of your home without going all the way up into the

Volcano dungeon in Ginger Island in order to craft this though you need five Dragon tooth 10 iron 10 gold bars and five aridian bars and again similar to The Anvil you will actually have to master combat in the cave to get the recipe these are the two recipes you

Will get together the Anvil and the mini Forge they are kind of the only production machines really that kind of give you new items or make a big change to the game now we’re going to move on to some other crafting ones such as the

New sign the text sign the text sign is a new sign in the game which allows you to show off a little message when you highlight your cursor over the sign great for storage great for labeling things or buildings rather than having to seal it like on very easy to craft

You just need 25 pieces of wood right custom messages great for multiplayer as well and you don’t need to do anything to get the recipe you will basically start the game with it automatically it’s one of the first recipes you get in the game it’s automatically unlocked

Next on the list is the statue of blessings this statue once touch in will give you a unique blessing every day this is one of the most expensive items to craft as in the items aren’t that great or valuable but you need a lot of them 999 Stone 999 fiber 999 sap and

333 Moss now you’ll only get this recipe when you master your farming in the cave but there is the statue if you click on it today we have got blessing of luck plus one and every day just come and touch this and you’ll get a new one the

Blessings you can get are the blessings of look like we’ve just done there’s also blessing of waters which basically the first free fish that you hook for the day will be much easier so it’s a great one to go and hunt for legendaries or really tough fish like the octopus or

Even the annoying scorpion carp or larva eel there is also blessing of speed which increases your speed by 0.5 which on top of the books of the way of the wind which makes make you run faster and drinking espresso you can seriously move there’s also blessing of friendship

Which increases the amount of friendship gained when speaking with people there is also blessing of fangs which will give you 10% Critical Strike chance a great one to have to go up to the mines on Earth or the school cabin then there is Blessing of energy this will grant

Infinite Energy so you can go out for the day and do whatever you want without draining energy so so powerful so good and the last one is the blessing of the butterfly this will actually spawn a prismatic butterfly that will fly around you just a visual thing but looks

Awesome now if we move on to the next one this is also another statue and this is called the statue of the dwarf King you will have to master the mining in the cave to get this recipe and to craft it you’ll need 20 iridian bar not cheap

But basically this is similar to the farming statue this will give you a mining related power each day and you get to choose from two of them as well both of these statues are great for end game or Advanced players just to spice things up a little bit so let’s craft

This with 20 idian bar and place it next to the other Statue let’s see what we get for the day the first one we’ve actually got the blessing of speed all day by the way so amazing I’ve tooken espresso and I’ve got the books and I am

Pretty fast right now now let’s see what mining one we can choose from we’ve got a greater chance to find geod or a greater chance to find coal so if you are specifically hunting for something especially coal which can be quite hard to get in abundance That’ll be amazing

To go to the mines and gather a lot of coal now that is all of the machines that can be placed down once crafted and now we’re going to go on to some crafting recipes that are also new to 1.6 we’ve already spoke about Deluxe

Bait but there is also a new bait called challenge bait and basically if you get a perfect catch this will yield triple the fish but every time the fish escapes from the green bar one of the fish will escape and if you do this three times in

A row you could lose the fish in order to craft this you need five bone fragment and two moss and you’ll get a stack of five each time you also have to max out your fishing to level 10 and in the master cave to get the recipe for

Challenge bait whilst we’re on to the fishing there is a new tackle as well called the sonar bobber and if you craft this and put it on your Rod this will show what fish it is on the line before it is caught in order to craft a sonar

Bobber you need one iron bar and two refined quartz and you will unlock the recipe for this when you reach level six in fishing another new it item that came to 1.6 is the Mystic tree seed You Can Craft This by using five of every seed

In the game five Acorn Maple seed pine cone and mahogany and this essentially gives you a special tree when planted this is the tree here I’ve already grew one takes quite a long time but I believe you can use fertilizer to speed this up this tree looks awesome for one

It’s blue and it does still stay around in winter with the leaves but if you place a Tapper on this you will get a new item in the game called Mystic syrup which is an item in the game that not only gives you amazing energy and health

But it’s also very rare and sells for quite a lot of money this also is said to have Magic Properties now this Falls perfectly into two more of the new crafting recipes in the game because the Mystic syrup is needed for both of these and one of them is the new treasure

Totem but any terrain that’s diable like this big area here will just do a perfect ring look at that I miss one right there to get the full advant ages so this is really really handy oh we found even some of those mystery boxes which um are doted around everywhere but

A great way to find artifacts by the way as long as the train underneath is diggable and nothing’s blocking it you will be able to use it and the next one on the list which the uh Mystic syrup is used for is the brand new blue grass so

In the game already we have the original grass starter which is green so Pierre doesn’t actually sell the brand new Blue Grass starter you actually have to get it from Mr key or Mr Qi from the Walnut Room on Ginger Island and there it is

For 40 gems in order to craft this you need 25 fiber 10 moss and one of the new mystic syrups which I was talking about you can also purchase fireworks from here which by the way are amazing super fun to go and celebrate or to to play

With your friends we can set them off on the beach how awesome are they so good so yeah just place down the blue grass on the farm and animals love it and it also looks cool as well to blend the blue and green together you can create some awesome nice designs I’ve

Done this in town it looks really nice I believe we are down to the last two things that I could show you that are new just want to make sure I don’t miss anything and one of them is the brand new tent kit similar to The Cookout kit

This is a onetime deploy that you can use for onetime use this basically allows you to pop up a little tent that you can sleeping anywhere around town off of the farm so you can go camping or if you are spending the night fishing and you can’t make it back in time you

Can literally just pop up a tent anywhere you want I did this on stream with members and it was so so fun and what we did is we came down to the brand new waterfall that got added in the cindersap forest down here and we popped

Up a tent I mean that is a stupid location I did not mean to do that but yeah we camp by the waterfall so awesome we don’t have to go all the way back home you can literally just sleep here for the night and then when you wake up

In the morning the tent will disappear it’s a onetime use you just need 10 hardwood 25 fiber and one cloth and you actually unlock the recipe for this for forag in level eight which I believe used to be the cookout kit but if you didn’t know the cookout kit can now be

Unlocked the recipe at Forin level three in fact it might have been level Forin 9 when you got this which was absolutely crazy by the way I’m so glad that this has been reduced level three is so much better now the last thing I want to talk

About is a new cooking recipe that we’ve got in the game which is moss soup the only cooking recipe that you can craft which you need 20 Moss to do everyone will get this recipe straight away it is already unlocked and yeah strangely it’s not used in any bundles or recipes but

It does give you 70 energy and I guess it’s makes the Moss get put to good use I’m not really sure why this is in the game I don’t really know why we don’t have any cooking recipes in the game either other than this like we’ve got

Four new crops in the game you know carrot broccoli melon and squash I don’t understand why we we can’t cook anything with those maybe it’s going to come but yeah the only one is M soup but I think that is everything guys I don’t think there’s any new crafting recipes or

Items that I can show you that’s been added to 1.6 I believe that it’s all of them obviously this video was only talking about the ones in your crafting menu there is a ton of new furniture and decorations but they are not things that you can craft they are things that you

Can buy or use from the catalogs but yeah these are the main things that you can craft and place down that a machine and then we also went through some of the new items as well a good amount to be honest much more than I thought was
