    some tips for pre-mech bosses Duke fishron
    in classic mode your armor of choice will be the crystal assassin armor (dropped from killing queen slime) because it's armor set bonus gives you dash ability without accessorys which will be vital with Duke
    in expert or above, shield of cthulhu accessory should be equipped and use any armor you wish (frost or forbidden armor are the best for these type of situations)
    in the beginning of the fight try to make distance from Duke but not too much so you are aware of what he's doing and dash away from his dash directions to avoid him ramming you and also make distance from sharknados to not get hit
    on the 2nd phase dukes dashes are delayed so be aware of that but it shouldn't be too difficult to handle that delay
    on 3rd (EXPERT AND ABOVE) phase Duke goes stealth mode and becomes almost invisible but his eyes don't so the opposite of going away and making distance will be suicidal because he'll teleport the path you're going so be aware of his eyes when you see them dash the opposite direction to them to dodge his dash attack and keep on hitting them till he is dead

    NOTE: with the shield of cthulhu in 3rd phase you can dash INTO his eyes to damage him without taking collision damage but its super risky and time specific it might cost you the run
