How to Get MORE PETS & TURTLES in Stardew Valley 1.6 Update

The 1.6 update is out and it’s full of all kinds of exciting new updates and changes that you should know about but one of the coolest in my opinion is the ability to get more than one pet on your farm now as mentioned in the patch notes

For the update you can get multiple pets after getting Max hearts with your starter Pet So once they give you that notification that they love you you’ll be able to adopt even more what you can do is head to robins and from there craft a new pet bowl once you’ve done so

You should get a letter from Mani which will allow you to get licenses from her shop which will allow you to adopt even more pets now the really cool thing about this aside from just being able to get more cats or dogs is the fact that concern ape has actually added in

Turtles as a new type of pet you can get I really love this now from what I’ve seen there are two types of turtles you can get you can just get a sort of regular green one but you can also get one with a sort of purple shell as well

And yeah you can have them wandering around your farm which is really cool now that purple one is insanely expensive you will have to spend a lot on it but I suppose if you’re late into the game you probably have that kind of money anyways so it’s just another sort

Of thing to spend your money on and yeah then you can continue to raise your friendship with that pet we’ve got the new tab as well for pets which I think was a really cool quality of life update and pets will now sometimes even give

You gifts as well so there are a lot of pet updates here we also can’t forget about the update where you can add hats to your pets now so there’s definitely a lot to enjoy with pets in the new 1.6 update let me know what pet you’re most
