Cactus I recently looked at create new age an add-on that adds electricity wait so if I place you and then get the copper wire can we what yeah I saw that with you did you you know what good for you cuz we’re doing a build battle today

This is your strong motor and as you can see there’s a wire that goes outside here onto the cactus side of the build battle oh so your objective for today is to make a power plant out here you can do whatever you want there’s nuclear stuff you can do steam engines windmills

Whatever I don’t care cuz I’m going to be on this side and my power plant will be better than yours either way you have an hour and the timer starts in 3 2 1 go okay I’m so excited for this I know my friend Cactus and I’m 100% sure that

He’s going to make a nuclear power plant I just know it he’s a nerd he’s probably you know screaming on the other side right now so happy that he can make oh nuclear power plant so what I’m going to do is just not fall for that trap and

Instead I’m going to make something that I sort of understand and that is a steam engine I’m going to build a nice little house over here make a steam engine inside and then just have it produce a lot of electricity and so while let’s manage making chernobil over here and

Making everything blow up I’m going to have something that actually works or at least that’s the plan and I’m starting this off by making some power lines here so this connects up into this room and our little motor here we actually don’t need that much to power this motor but

I’m still going to make sure that I have the most amount of dedicated Ed this is okay wait I’m talking way too much uh wait there’s a max length between these things right what is it 16 blocks okay 16 blocks so how about 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

Fully green and then obviously it needs uh water and heat as well so we’re going to pump water in from somewhere the Only Rule we have in this build battle is we’re not allowed to use creative Motors cuz obviously that ruins the entire thing we’re producing electricity to

Produce electricity we need rotation and stress units and a creative motor is way too overpowered so while we’re usually allowed to use them this time we are not but we did not say anything about using creative fluid tanks which means I mean I should be able to just place out uh

One big one down here and give it some water that should should you know right we didn’t say anything specifically about using this so I’m going to say it’s allowed but I just realized I still need to power these o with something legit oh no okay let’s use a creative

Motor for now and then I’ll make sure to remove all the creative Motors once I’m done just remind me before the timer’s up what is this coaxial Cog wheel I got to what is this Cog wheel oh there we go all right so if we pump this full speed

Picking up water from a creative crate that would be kind of cool right down here we got creative fluid tank filled with water we are getting full steam look at that everything is full the boiler status is maxed this is I guess the best steam engine you can get or

Does that depend on how many I feel like I should know this stuff but I don’t all right step one complete we have made ourselves a functioning steam engine and so now we have this shaft here that spins around now we need to turn this into electricity that we can transport

On these power lines over here and to do that we need to spin a generator coil around inside of a magnet all right I’m going to build this up in the air cuz I want this to look nice the generator coils this is it so what we need to do

Then is make this Spin and I guess we’ll just get some gear boxes over here to do that let’s move this shaft up one step and that should you know give us electricity this is moving at an 80% efficiency they’re using up 7,680 stress units each and that means we have on the

System 110,000 stress units remaining what happens then if we make this faster all right let’s see there we go and then we speed this up to full speed over stressed very nice at speed 204 it is moving we’ve got 576 stress units remaining and they’re using up 24,000

Stress units per generator coil and then we connect the generator coils into one of these the carbon brush and there we go we have an energy output of 3.4 th000 electricity I’m still not sure what that means still we are using creative motor to pump in the water right now that is

Something I’m going to have to change yeah that’s good but ah this looks really bad this is a floating thing all right people I am tearing down what I previously created and I think I have a better plan now these blocks are absolutely hideous I might have to pick

A b with a smaller magnetic force just because it looks better cuz this this is okay BL choices is not the Focus right now I need to place out some generator coils here and then we need to turn this into a vertical gear box just like that

And we now have generator coils spinning around okay you know what I tried to make this look good uh I give up all of the blocks are hideous but we’re going with this one I always wonder how much Cactus has progress when I’m doing one of these build battles it is a horrible

Feeling not knowing what he’s made but this is what I have made steam engine and two generators now we just need to speed these up let’s get a stress ometer out on the line so we can see actually how many stress you it’s working with so right now we have a remaining capacity

Of 138,000 if I speed drop to the top oh I might have to oh we can do both for spe perfectly stressed zero stress units remaining on the system that is so nice how about that okay and then we have our carbon brushes here 1.1 th000 1.1 th000

Completed and I’m running out of time and I don’t even have a building yet so that’s sad the power lines come from over here so I think what I’ll do is I’ll build it all the way over there and then connect everything up and then I’ll start deciding the house that this will

Be in the surroundings I really want to make this look good so I can get the win let’s go smack power line complete I just need to add the iron trap doors on top and I think this looks sick I don’t really like the texture of the wire here I

Prefer to use the copper wire cuz I think that looks just better I don’t like the blue here but the thing is overcharged Diamond wire transfers a lot more than copper wire what I need to do now is place out electrical connectors here and connect up our carbon brushes

To these here electrical connectors like that and now if I connect this to the power line here we’re done with the power generation bit everything will work okay good nice boom wires connected that’s that let’s head into this room and see if our engine it is not moving

What the heck oh I know I know I know the electrical connector is on the extension not on the motor itself that should be yes look at that we’re storing energy and we are moving nice that is great stuff okay I’ll fix cactuses as well maybe so good news I looked at the

Wrong timer before I thought I only had 8 minutes remaining but that was my spaghetti timer from dinner last night so it looks like I have half an hour to complete this thing and I’m actually kind of relaxed now this turned into less of a build battle more of a chill

All right before I go ahead and build the building around this I want to make sure I get rid of this creative motor cuz I don’t want to forget that all right let’s see will it move yes everything is moving no creative Motors involved there a windmill bearing

Powering the water pump going into this boiler that is then powering these generator coils moving our power all the way into the room over here where one little strong motor is slowly slowly turning around that is solid that is so good all right let’s make the house around this thing and neatly tie

Together this creation here all right that is the exterior of the build almost complete I do need to add a chimney inside of here cuz we’ve got a steam engine and I want to make a chimney yes right above here and then the classic hay bale and a fireplace wow wow

Wow all right I’m almost finished with the exterior I just have a big hole back here that I need to fill I need to make the interior and then some other things around here just Minor Details I need to touch up on but that is very boring so
