Over the years since Terraria came out in 2011 there has been a lot added and removed but unlike the items which you probably already know about there have also been certain events that have been removed that’s why in today’s video we will be taking a look at all of

Terraria’s removed events the first event we’ll be looking at today is one that was never released past being added to the game files but it’s too interesting not to include which is the Chinese New Year event this was an event added to mobile and 3DS version game

Files in 1.2.1 but was never fully added to the game and was later removed this event was of course based on the Chinese New Year’s holiday which would happen all of January and had five new things that we know of the first was this Red Envelope which would drop firecrackers

Which is also a new item after that we also got a new Dragon enemy called a mythical wither which had a Max life of 10 000 and also dropped the new vanity set called the mythical costume and saving the best for last we have the mick money pants NPC which appeared to

Be a merchant style NPC that would likely appear during the event to sell items the next event will be a small one but we are doing it since it’s a holiday that’s coming up and it ended up being one of the most useful in Terraria history which was the St Patrick’s Day

Event this was a mobile only event that would start on March 5th and run until March 31st and only brought along two things the first are these rainbow pieces that act like falling stars where they will fall from the sky randomly but instead of it happening at night like

The stars it happens during the day once you had five of these rainbow pieces you were then able to craft the leprechaun pet which unlike most pets ended up being extremely useful this pet would drop random coins whenever it jumped meaning it was an extremely easy way to

Farm money if you got it up against a wall you are behind with it even having the chance to drop a platinum coin sadly though this event ended up getting removed in the 1.3.0.7 update and to this day the only pet we have that drops coins only drops ones we can’t pick up

Ourselves up next we have the Valentine’s stay event which was also another useful event this event would start on February 1st and end on February 28th was only on mobile and 3DS and brought along with it three new items the first one is the heart Arrow

Which will stun enemies hit with it and you could buy this from the traveling Merchant for 50 gold after that we have the Valentine ring which will increase your jump height and health regeneration by 50 but it will not work unless you pick it up after it’s dropped by another

Player and finally we have the broken heart which has a small chance to drop while mining gems on Valentine’s Day and would summon a pet Cupid but unlike the past pet this one doesn’t do anything special and sadly just like the last event one it was removed in the 1.3.0.7

Update after that we have the Easter event which happens on Easter and arguably has the most content in it compared to the other events this event would happen throughout all of April and is tied with the boss lepis which is a huge bunny that you can spawn using this

Suspicious looking egg that would drop from corruption bunnies on Easter and this boss also has a good number of exclusive item drops besides being able to drop the Ninja set bunny Hood lesser healing potions and Souls of Might it had three exclusive items with one always dropping each time which is the

Suspicious looking egg and the other two are the boots of astara and the Egg Cannon the boats have a 50 chance to drop and would provide three defense and make grass when worn on grass the egg cannon on the other hand also had a 50 chance to drop each time and could shoot

Most forms of ammo but there was also a chance a bunny corrupt bunny or bird would spawn on the bullet’s impact sadly though this event was removed alongside the past two events we looked at in this video which was 1.3.0.7 moving on to the second to last event in this video we

Have Oktoberfest this is an event on mobile and 3DS that would start on September 27th and end on October 27th and was meant to celebrate the German holiday Oktoberfest during this time period the Clothier would sell two special vanity sets with one being male themed and the other female themed but

More interestingly the merchant would sell this item which I’m not gonna try to pronounce this drink item would cost nine silver and 95 copper and once used it would give you a special buff that would half the damage you deal and take for 30 seconds and also activate your

Potion cooldown timer sadly though other than those few items nothing else was added and the events plus the items were removed in the 1.3.0.7 update like the other events and for the last event we have the smallest event in this video which was the Thanksgiving event this event was obviously meant to celebrate

The Thanksgiving holiday and would start on November 1st and end on November 30th and brought along three new things the first was turkor The Ungrateful which was a turkey themed boss that could be summoned using the new item cursed stuffing which had the chance to drop from all enemies during the Thanksgiving

Season unlike most bosses though this boss only had three drops with all of them having a 100 drop rate which are the super useful Horn of Plenty lesser healing potions and of course a feather the Horn of Plenty was a pretty interesting item with it always healing

You without it ever disappearing like a regular potion but it would also have a 30 second cooldown like regular health potions besides the horde of Plenty and the boss we also got the turkey pet which could be summoned using the turkey feather item that you could buy from the
