The mods we had on for this run are:
Terraria Random Loot (enemy loot dropchance at 100)
Terraria Randomizer Mod (Chest Contents Randomization on)

These mods also made it so while all drops are randomized, we still got an additional drop with a mobs natural drop. That way finding things like bones or lens wasn’t awful.
