If I’m correct, in order to reach protection. You need to get your pet to full hearts by petting it and filling its bowl, and unless you don’t care about reaching protection in that save, you have to get it. But that’s just if I’m correct. I don’t exactly know.
I didn't even realize the water bowl needed to be filled until I saw a bowl on the ground and was like "what's this" and clicked on it and boom water it was like 10 in game days with the dog before I realized 😭😭😭😭 does anything happen if you don't water your pets-
You may win some time when not adopting pets, but you lose a part of your soul.
