the boards are all perfectly horizontal, you don’t board stuff like that
also you can try using item frames with gray terracotta in it to look like nails holding up the boards(the item frame gets covered by the sign)
the bricks looks pretty broken but the stone bricks look mostly intact aside from a few cracks, maybe try doing the same as the bricks and add some cobble/tuff to make it seem like worn-down bricks
in the grand scheme of things(am i using this phrase correctly), this building looks pretty awesome and is functional too! i love this! and the fire exit door is very creative i love that
