How to Boulder-Cheese Brain of Cthulhu (Master Mode) | Terraria Boss Guide
You can defeat Master Mode Brain of Cthulhu with just your huge bouncing balls. Here’s how: Obtain 100 pink gel from pinky slimes. The easiest way to acquire it is during a Slime Rain event. Borrow a water candle from the surface level of the dungeon and place it on a platform.
Craft a battle potion and a boss summoning item. During a Slime Rain, drink the battle potion and activate the water candle to boost the spawn rate of enemies. Teleport to reset enemies and eliminate pinkies if they appear. Sometimes pinkies might even visit you naturally.
Now place a heavy workbench and craft 20 boulders, followed by 20 bouncy boulders. Prepare an arena with 20 3×2 ball segments surrounding you, then activate them with your pickaxe. And summon the boss. Regardless of where it spawns, your balls will eliminate all its creepers and knock it back until you emerge victorious! Easy-cheesy!

Several notes:
1. I suggest teleporting when you reach the maximum number of slimes during the Slime Rain because it resets all spawned enemies, making them respawn faster.
2. Additionally, if you kill slimes instead of despawning them or using lava/traps, they will still count toward the event conclusion. We want to avoid that!
3. While Royal Gel might help you avoid damage, obtaining it requires defeating the King Slime, which significantly lowers the chance of a Slime Rain occurring.
4. Water candles are safe to retrieve before killing Skeletron since the Dungeon Guardian spawns only below the surface.
5. You don't need any armor—the boss will never hit you. It's a zero-damage strategy! 🌟
