Is Fae Farm Better Than Stardew Valley ?

So I recently was getting bored of stardo Valley so I was on the hunt for a new farming game which I then have discovered a game called fa farm so is fa Farm going to be the new stardo Valley fa Farm shares many similarities to stardo Valley and animal cross a New

Horizon the biggest difference between the two is the visuals I particularly enjoy the visuals as they take into more detailed Style with three-dimensional models unlike St Valley using pixels as its core visual the colors along with the shading of the game itself make Fair visual tree similar to stardo Valley and

Animal Crossing fa Farm is a farm and simulator Style game but also involves combat like stardo Valley there are various monsters you have to fight in the dungeon and for the most part killing them is optional if you don’t fight them they tend to get annoying and

Still follow you around so it’s best if you end up fighting them another big aspect of this game is the characters you encounter fairm has a bunch of unique characters these characters are romanceable and there are plenty of shopkeepers who will sell your materials and blueprints you can use blueprints to

Craft furniture or new recipes which can help boost your energy your energy barar limits the amount of things you can do but you can craft food that remedies this is the same as in stardo Valley another unique aspect of fa firm is that allows you to swim which is a feature I

Haven’t seen in other games of this genre you can swim virtually anywhere in the game you want saving you time traveling and adding fun to the game I think this feature is a highlight and actually adds a lot to traveling through the town the main difference in this

Game compared to most others is the grindy nature it has other farming games are very simple in their progression but fa FM is a lot more complex with its items and crafting another complaint is that the tutorial is too long the tutorial may be a bit lenty but I feel

Like it is more of an introduction to fman style games themselves and helps you if you have no previous experience playing them on top of that I feel that it is overshadowed by all the fun activities the game includes the game itself is a fun time waster but if

You’re craving a fman Sim to take up some time in your life with fun gameplay and good visuals I recommend picking it up of course in my opinion stardo Valley is still the king of farming Sims but fa f is a nice fresh looking experience

With its unique art style so I hope you enjoyed the video if you did be sure to leave a like And subscribe it would really help the channel out and I’ll catch you guys in the next one

Fae Farm is a brand new farming simulator game . Does this mean that Stardew Valley is under some serious competition right now ? Could Fae Farm be the new Stardew Valley ? In today’s video i will be comparing Fae Farm to Stardew Valley and seeing which one is truly better !

  1. I Finished fae farm in about a week and I gotta say, its REALLY bare bones and empty. There was an update that added a new island and collectables…. but it didnt really improve on the main issue of the game. The social aspect falls off the handle when you get married- since NONE of the other marriageable characters will have anything to say to you and your spouce doesnt say anything different daily. The hardest part about fae farm is hbrid flowers,, but you're not using them for money just for more clothing items. Money was insanely easy to come by and I didnt have to farm in fae farm…. only did it to fill out the entire archive. Its kinda dissapointing in that aspect because … Unlike stardew where different growth times could change what you plant or the artisan goods and you have to consider how much time is left in the month…. etc… Faefarm just kinda has no reason to make money. … Like. None. Animals are cheep. Breeding services are cheap. Your farm upgrades are practically free and I only found myself going out the way for optional clothing accessories.

The gameplay is very simplistic and dungeons are easy… You get an invisibility potion early game and can choose to ignore all enemies for the entirity of the game. Theres no bosses. At all. So the minions you see in the dungeon are as hard as teh game gets. When I finally got the (Spoiler event to collect xyz items and save the world) I already had all those items in my pockets and just turned in the quest after making a quick stop in my storage bin. I played this game for a week. Literally no challenge for someone who already min maxes stardew. Yes catching bugs is fun. But when you realize only one bug makes you unlimited money, you quickly stalk the spawn. You can breed animals…. but whats teh point? For a pink sheep? aesthetically, cool. Functionally useless. And it takes A couple ingame days to breed the next generation into happiness…. which means youll be selling out your animals constantly, you dont even have to pet them or bond with them. Once the happy meeter is full… thats it. Theres even a ingame bug that allows you to get max friendship if your meh enough and send them to the shop keep.

The Town events were so …. LACK LUSTER. The villagers barely have any pressense. The quests handed to you are completely out of order. So you'll likely be confused why you cant progress because literally its impossible. (An early game quest to level up combat asks you to find 3 enemies that are only found late game. When you turn in the quest he gives the reward, and then another quest and another quest… and I ended up stock piling 6-7 quests as rewards from immediately accepting them to complete. ) Because the quest is sequencially out of order. And A lot of quests were like this. They'd ask you clear an area of enemies. And then you talk to the villagers who live in teh area, who are happy to be rescued, then you go back to teh quest giver and they ask you to check in on the villagers because they are worried…. the same villagers you just got the quest from. And then they'll greet you again, like you never met them. This is horrible too because all the Npcs dont have unique diaglog they will congradulate you for your latest achievements… and then be like oh hi we never met I am GOD. and its such a jarring broken conversation to have …. like the text is all written backwarrds. Also they dont do anything. After you complete a quest all these cool npcs… just take a nap and never wake up or talk to you again.

This game has 10/10 Aesthtic, 2/10 plot, and the only thing that kept me going back was filling out that encylopedia. Im not even a completionist type gamer. I just wanted to see SOMETHING new and tried to uncover secrets to get my $60..00 worth… but it was … empty and … thats it. Cute … but thats it.
