It’s called Minecraft PSX edition, yes it’s on curseforge. Yes I know I installed optifine incorrectly and the shaders didn’t work properly

In the world you play in the hit videogame flappy bird never got to succeed so it died and herobrine finally got to play this ghost game on his ghost phone because he is a ghost and he liked it so he tried to do it in minecraft and he cut out a hole in the tree and then he jumped over it and when he landed he exploded causing the ground to have that explosion hole
