What is the Mining Power of the Drill Containment Unit in Terraria? ─ It’s confusing…

The Drill Containment Unit: one of the most powerful tool in Terraria. Also, most expensive one too. After all, you need 120 chlorophyte bars to craft this thing! It should be worth your time, at least: It seems capable of mining anything in Terraria!… With that being said, what is the exact number of Pickaxe Power of the Drill Mount? I thought it’s 999%, but apparently not..?
