Also, just a quick heads up, as of 1.4, we got nerfed :/ deadelus stormbow power has been decreased, also speed decreased when accompanied with holy arrows which totally blows. Also, the stars from holy arrows no longer penetrate. Having that said, however, this is totally still possible and pretty easy too! I'd say to make sure to drink an archery, and a wrath/rage potion to make up for that damage reduction 🙂 good luck you guys!

bruh i killed 14 fucking fake chests and i got the weird wand like a trillion time but not the bow, that's not a 25% it's like a 2.5%
and while farming souls i got the RoD LMAO

Another weapon you can use is the crystal vile shard

dude i did this and it went on my thing after 10k health and there is a million probes in no way is this easy

It goes higher than 150 blocks so I build my arena higher however it still reached me
wtf, i tried this and the destroyer just spawned at the bridge
I used the shadowflame knife it was just as good the fight was pretty easy the only problems I had we're wyverns the destroyer only did 2 and half hearts of damage which wasn't a lot but the wyverns did 4 and half hearts wtf 💀
…. I just defeated the destroyer, then a pirate is raiding me, then a blood moon spawns now they game is saying, "It's going to be a terrible night". All my npcs died, and my place is full of tombstones… hardcore mode sucks ass (I still love it, and thanks for the tutorial)

How far the waffle has come. The laughs I have gotten from this channel has gotten me through some stuff.
While doing this process the destroyer decided to spawn out of nowhere, by that time i was in my base, since i was not ready i stopped into one of my npc's house to seek shelter, the house was 19×6 in size and everytime the destroyer passed near me i just ran to a corner where he wasn´t able to hit me i did this for 4 minutes while hitting him with my breaker blade and i ended up defeating him.
the only bad part is that almost all my villagers died
it doesn't work in the new update the destroyer can fly though blocks
