The Wizard’s secret festival locations explored! Turns out that at several of the festivals, the Wizard is standing in a secret place not normally accessible. This also includes some unique dialogue. Any theories on this? There are a few more things that still need exploring.. Stardew Valley gameplay with my commentary as always!

So the Wizard is constantly outside the festivals because of the dialogue options the Wizard says when you talk to him is something along the lines of "I surprise watch the villagers without them noticing… I hope to find an apprentice to pass along my arcane knowledge."
The festivals are him watching the villagers since all of them are in one location

fun fact: on that 28 of summer event, the bridge doesn't even have to be fixed, for the duration of the festival it is temporarily fixed and then you cant go there again

One of the wizard’s dialogue when you have 10 hearts with him he tends to say “sometimes I observe the townspeople from afar” I guess he’s probably referring to the festivals
Every night of the night market, someone heavily cloaked is by the door asking if you want to warp home. I always assumed that is the wizard.
Maybe it didn't warp you to him because it is too crowded?
