A tier: queen slime eye of cthulu deerclops (from a calab terraria x don't starve together) queen bee wall of flesh brain of cthulu/eater of worlds plantera
S tier: golem Betsy Oger from tier 2 and 3 of OOA the mech bosses the duke EmOL the cultist the pillars and the Moon lord.
Honorable mentions: everscreem spooky wood gargantuar ( I know the name but I aint saying) santa K9000 pumpking ice queen the flying duchmen and the martian mother ship.
