One thing about the poisoning the stew part of Stardew Valley, no one dies. However, in Harvest Moon DS there is a similar potluck event! If you get a level 100 poisonous mushroom and put it in the potluck, your character eats the stew AND THEN GAME OVER, CREDITS ROLL.
Absolutely wild game. Also levelling up crops is broken in that game. Level 1 parsnip? 60g. Level 50 parsnip? 150,000g… a singular level 100 parsnip… 600,000g. Granted, it takes a fair while to level up your crops but it is hilarious, someone paying their whole life savings just for a really nice parsnip.
