I’m thinking a feed tape of 19 composters on different fill levels, read by a comparator. Feed the comparator output into a redcoder, which power your repeaters.
You’d need to power your feed tape from a pulse extender or pulse multiplier to make sure it goes round exactly once per button press

You can make an item sorter for each input and use different items to send out an output based on the order you dispense the items into the system. If it’s really that important to keep them parallel

Can I ask why? What is this being used for?
