  1. Hope you enjoy today's video! Something a little bit different that I think is really important to talk about for Minecraft players! Did you find this helpful? Or anything else you do to stay motivated?

  2. I think I'm definitely the odd man out on this one, but to keep me from getting bored I will build in creative mode and then play the game intermittently. To me, building already takes hours and hours, even before having to farm or search for building supplies. When I get bored of building, I turn creative mode off and explore

  3. For me, I'm trying to do my own Minecraft LP series (just as a fun hobby :] ) but I keep getting struck with "man I suck I should start over" XD But infinite episode 1s would be boring! So I'm trucking through, very slowly lol.

Honestly, this video is gunna be extremely helpful, I think c: Thanks for sharing it

  4. I like playing Revelations, part of the FTB collection because it has so many mods to keep us occupied. Sometimes it is the case that after playing in a world for months with all of these mods, the game becomes glitchy. Sometimes there is an excitement just to begin a new world. Sometimes we play in creative mode to speed things along, sometimes we play mixed and sometimes we do it all in survival mode. I often find myself enjoying survival mode the most, simply because it feels more satisfying to know you created everything from scratch and at a certain point feels like you are playing creative as you automate the processes for collecting and using materials. We have done the cities and towns with trains to get us around. I particularly like the technical mods such as Immersive Engineering, Big Reactors and Applied Energetics. Even though there is plenty to do, we still find ourselves taking breaks when we lose interest but eventually come back.

  5. I'm gonna come back to this video every time I get bored of minecraft, I always appreciate these videos so much, especially when they're from my favorite content creators!! Thank you so much for this fWhip 🙂

  6. … Now I want to get back into playing Hardcore again just to build in it. The project list is a good idea though. That aside your builds are amazing and leagues better then anything I can do

  7. I absolutely love Minecraft, but when I want to play it, I don't have the time but when I can play it, I feel to tired to play because of all the work I had to do. Unfortunately, my computer also lags a lot when playing the game, so I easily get bored and annoyed so I stop playing. And most of the time I just yolo every build without a plan

And that basically creates an endless loop, but I plan to end it and this video will definitely help! I just don't know how to stop the lag though… 😅

  8. my problem is I just… I can't stay alive and I keep dying and keep dying and lose all my stuff and get so frustrated that I rage quit. And I haven't even met the dragon! Furthest I've gotten is collecting blaze rods 😭 I love the challenge of normal mode, but struggle to stay alive. Any tips??

  9. I stopped looking at tutorials and started to understand basic mechanics for farms or nice block combos for buildings. I build a farm, it doesn't work, I build it again. I build a house, I don't like the colors, I rebuild it. I think that is what makes you proud of your accomplishments.

  10. love the video! One pointer I would like to address is in the section around goals and your comment of cheating, I would say that there can be an exception for quality of life related things. Example, I play on a world with my partner which I love, but my partner who loves exploring doesn't always want to travel thousands of blocks to reach monuments. Thus, we have cheats enabled. We don't spawn stuff in, and only really use the teleport when we don't have the time or motivation to make that trip, and it honestly helps a lot with staying motivated. All to say there is a balance, and it's something that can definetly lead to burnouts still.

  11. I love using glass in my floors and recreating parts of the structures upside down for a mirrored effect. Lets me build without planning for a little bit on those days after work where you dont want to think too much.

  12. I go watch videos – see what they are doing. It just gets me excited to try to build something even remotely like what most of you build. Gorgeous. but I have fun and once in a while I'll really feel like I made something nice. If I get bored I'll quit playing for a while – not a long while. I was even thinking about when I see a building or scenery I like – take a picture or take the picture you have and just use it to build from. Lots of things. And as one gentleman said below – I may play 3 different ways too. Yup. Thanks. Oh, by the way – awesome world you have!!!

  13. Sometimes, getting bored is inevitable, no matter what you do. What I found life changing is taking a break. If you play the same game 24/7, you WILL get bored. So try something new, play new and different games. It can be refreshing to introduce yourself to new mechanics, gameplay, etc… Try not to live up to/compare yourself to youtubers. They do this for a living, they have to pop out a video. When recording hardcore series, it's not filmed in one sitting. They take breaks and enjoy life.
