Can we spawn more of Clumsy Slime Balloon in Terraria? ─ I tried with ∞ spawnrate and luck.

One day, I saw a balloon peacefully flying over the head… With a Clumsy Slime tied to it. How did it get there? I have no idea. Pop it and that slime would join your town. The question is, can multiple of those balloons be present at the same time? Normally, they’re pretty rare, so it’d be almost impossible to see two of them at the same time. But, what if we used some… game manipulations?
