It's a little depressing that there's a viable pre-boss accessory for every class in the game, except for ranger.

Why did you recommend fossil armor at a stage where you can get necro armor? Necro is just, objectively better than fossil.

Post skeleton use Necro armor, handgun and phoenix blaster are also post skeleton unless you like dying to dungeon guardians, only use the stalker’s quiver if you’re using bows, the recon scope has a hidden feature where you can zoom out and look further by holding right click or its equivalent.
The quad barrel shotgun is bought from the arms dealer in a graveyard post skeleton, but you can use a mini shark all of pre hard mode. I recommend meteor shot or the star cannon for the wall of flesh.
The chain gun can be reforged to be the fastest firing gun in the game, unless the gun is hard to aim use crystal or ichor bullets for a higher dps, especially against golem.
If you want to do something ridiculous the quiver accessories can stack. Do what you will with that information.
If you’re up to it you can kill Duke Fishron pre mechs and use the Tsunami all of hard mode, or kill Empress of Light for the Eventide two of the best bows in the game in my opinion.

me personally I got ice/frozen armor and frozen wings, the onyx blaster with crystal bullets and titanium repeater with ichor arrows pre-mech boss. the wings are equivalent to fairy wings but just look nicer, and the frozen armor is for ranger and melee. beat twins first and get the summon, just for that teeny-weeny bit of extra damage, and then focus on the holy/hollow ranger set, farming the twins, as they are a bit easier than the other mech bosses (at least in my opinion)

Haven’t watched past it yet but this guide is absurdly flawed for the pre-hardmode section. The bundle of balloons is such an absurd investment for what it’s worth. There’s no mention whatsoever of the blizzard in a bottle. You stick with fossil armor all the way up to hard mode when the necro armor (attainable right after skeletron) is better. You don’t mention beenades at ALL. The terrasparks are stupid for pre-hard mode – just get lightning boots. You never mention meteor shot, an ammo type that is almost just objectively better than silver bullets (losing 1 point of damage for ricochet and piercing). You should be fighting queen bee pre-WoF, not pre-skeletron. You don’t mention the bees knees. You can’t get the handgun before skeletron – thus no Phoenix blaster. It sucks to see this little effort put into a creator I trusted. Your melee guide was incredible. Maybe that one was just a fluke.

You need to kill skeletron to get handgun for the pheonix blaster
