I was looking forward to this game for a long time and tried the game preview on games pass and it permanently turned me off from the game. Outside of the controller support being rubbish it straight up copies SV, like lifts entire scenes pretty much with no alteration. The introduction scene at the farm – exactly the same down to the dialogue with maybe a few extra words thrown in – and there are more examples of it. It just doesn't vibe with me doing that.

I love games that look like this…i just hate the amount of grinding needed.
I picked up this back on Steam early access when it had a discount. I had hemmed and hawed about it so many times and then I just finally bit the bullet and picked it up. I love what I played of it so far, even if I ended up distracted by some other releases. This is making me want to pick it up and go right back into it; it's really nice to know that its full release has been successful, especially with all the time and effort gone into it. Thanks for the review.
Not a big fan of pixel art, so Stardew Valley is out, but I haven't played farming sim yet and decided it's about time. I'm thinking either this or My Time At Portia. Could you tell me which one did you prefer? Cheers.
It is just a copy of Stardew Valley; Stardew Valley is still way better!

To be honest, i find My time at Sandrock,portia or Fae Farm much better games than this. I dont like graphics here, its so artificial like Sims 4 but with direct controls. Colors are kinda off to me, its a mix of realistic and bland/ish. I guess everyone wants to make social farmin sims now days, but only few will stay among the best. Even dave diver is 4x better than this.
