didn't even realise i was early to this video – anyway, love your content (including the previous series) and this one seems to be turning out to be just as good
also, the hive mind dropping emblems is exclusive to calamity's getfixedboi boss drops and most bosses (both vanilla and calamity) may have some random item(s) it seems like they shouldnt drop.
The reason the boss checklist says that some bosses drop items that they don't, is because they are only dropped on the Get Fixed Boi seed.
The hive mind only drops class emblems in the gfb seed, but recipe browser and boss checklist don't account for that. Keep thay in mind moving forward because there are plenty of bosses that do that

I feel like skyblock is an interesting challenge due to the minimal resources and problem solving it demands, but when an infinitely regenerating, randomly chosen block is added in, it takes away the entire point skyblock was interesting in the first place; the lack of resources demanding problem solving
That said, It'll be interesting to see how this goes with the extra demands of calamity

not gonna lie, im excited for this series!
It's an interesting idea, but I feel like you're using too much QoL stuff to avoid the actual challenge of skyblock. I was disappointed in the beginning when it was confirmed to be the regenerating block style of skyblock, but the way you abuse QoL to obtain items you can't otherwise is very uninteresting to watch. In my opinion QoL is supposed to make getting grindy materials you already have some amount of not annoying anymore, but obviously, play the game like you enjoy playing it.
You still manage to make the video entertaining, I just feel like it could be so much more. Wish you all the best <3
How do you have 7 accesory slots in the beginning of the game? And 8 after WoF? In base calamity death master you can only have 7 after WoF, and it is max, Celestial onion from Moonlord doesn't give you another slot

Hi all, thanks for watching! This is a bit of a different video, and I hope it’s something you can enjoy.
I am seeing a few comments saying that the run seems a bit too ‘easy’, and I just wanted to talk on that a little.
It was a bit too easy, and I think the challenge is made worse for the QoL that is integrated into it. That being said, this still took a while and had it’s challenges, mostly those arising from aspects outside of the core conceit, the one block challenge.
I’m in the works on the second part, and there will be adjustments made for this. I appreciate you all for giving your honest feedback and I hope to satisfy those people who crave a challenge, rather than just create content that isn’t actually engaging.

Aw heck yeah! Just when i was looking for more terraria skyblock content! Im not a fan of one block skyblock personally, I feel like a couple others in the comments that the point is the resource management and the niche of starting from the bare minimum. BUT! Skyblock is Skyblock, and ill be interested to see how the mod intends to get around the abyss

I feel taking an easier challenge between soul crushing ones is fine, you don't have to do the most difficult challenges as long as you have fun. mr gun is now the wizard cat's name

just made me want to try this challenge, already beaten a for the worthy, master mode and death mode calamity so this is the next step
