  1. – The Tunderzapper has a higher firerate and nearly equals the diamond wand on a dps dummy. also the faster projectile make for better hits, so its far, far superior to the low-end gem staffs.
    thats super early game.
    – after that is the vile thorn. its stupidly good til post skeletron. it has high damage potential, hits through wall (which is insanely good), has a very good reach and hits multiple times (seemingly).
    – it is also possible to get a waterbolt within the first part of the dungeon, which is EZ mode against anything.

  2. I have only played on classic and I haven't played a playthrough at all in over a year, hopping right into a master mage and it has revived my love for this game that has given me 2000+ hours (mainly 1.2 mobile and 1.4 pc) I played about 1200 hours on 1.2 mobile. 8 Year old me went nuts.

  3. i beat empress of light on my 5th try with spectre mask and razorblade typhone 100% recomend it it feels like mage was made for that fight (i might also have way too much practice on it)

  4. You can tackle deerclops as your first boss if you want with wooden arrnor abd bad weapons.
    The strat is to set a spawn point not too far but not to close to the ice biome.
    Score a few hits then use a recall potion to your spawn, wait for healt to regen and repeat the process since deervlops doesn't despawn unless you log off

  5. TIP FOR DESTROYER: If you have taken out the twins already, the rainbow rod is so good against the probes while the magical harp is good for the destroyer himself

  6. u should have put the unholy trident in pre-plantera, it is so good. Also has more dps that resonance scepter (though scepter works better for golem)
