Just wanted to recommend 4 mods!
My favourite is visible fish, it lets you see the fish swimming in the water and is very pretty.
Info suite 2 is super handy and will give you reminders for birthdays and things you may forget.
Auto gates opens and closes gates for you, very nice to make sure animals don’t swim away!
Friend of the community gives you friendship points when people see you being friendly to others and by working on the community centre 😊
Also Junimods does some beautiful visual mods!

Margo is the overhaul mod. Prestige skills, combat overhaul, taxes (if you want them)! Some cool secrets as well. And at least one League of Legends reference.
