haley was never mean to me throughout my entire play through so far. i needed the prettiest girl in town to be my wifey so obviously i’m getting my 10 heart event tmrw so we can be wed <3 i don’t find her to have any icks since she grows as a person a LOT.
the reason i like emily is that my character in strdew is a mutant octopus man who is also a stoner, so i vibe with the fever dream stuff and crystals are cool, especially in a world with very clear magical influence.
Keep Best Girl Emily (™️)’s name out your mouth. EDIT: What I really like about Emily is she feels like the one NPC who’s “got it all together. Despite her flaws, she practices & preaches love and acceptance, she’s kind and rather selfless. Sure she has her flaws, but she doesn’t judge other peoples’ flaws, so why should I judge hers?
I really like that she’s a strong, nuanced character with surprising depth. + that bootay in the 6-heart event & Luau. I will die on that hill.
