This Terraria summon becomes more powerful in Hardmode…. Abigail’s Flower. In this video, I take a look at the Abigail’s flower summoning weapon which summons the Abigail minion. This can be obtained in pre-hardmode but becomes more powerful after defeating the wall of flesh for the first time! This has to be on of Terraria’s most unique summoning weapons!

Pretty Ironic how in your "showcase" against twins abigal is in her "purple" flower tier, which requires 9 minion slots. The max you can get pre-plant is 7 slots, which means you were using atleast post plant gear for a 1mech damage "test". This makes your claims even more outlandish as abigal's tracking and movement is strongly affected by the amount of summons that you put in. Do better.

damn, i didn't know it scaled when entering hardmode. Wonder why the game doesn't tell you…
As a summoner enjoyer in my opinion this is one of the best pre-hardmode summoner weapons in the game, for the wall of flesh i would rather go with the imp staff tho for all the other bosses abigail is perfectly fine
this video only manages to make it look good by using gear thats ahead of its progression, like using bee armor (post-queen bee) for eoc and using necro scrolls/beetles (post plantera) for twins. it gets outclassed by vamp, hornet, and imp staff in pre-hardmode and most other staffs early hardmode.
I have been a summoner player since forever, and I've liked The Constant seed the moment is was added, so this has become a staple summon for me!
Abigail could (potentially) take you to moon Lord. So long as you run slots over damage or speed.
