Is speed really THAT effective in speedruns? I try to complete three speedruns: DieToASlime%, CrackAGeode%, and HatUrchin% all while speeding up with every step. Just how FAST can I go?

Yall have never eaten an onion like an apple and it shows
the EPELESPSY warning had me giggling too much. (My bf has epilepsy and regularly calls it that or even more distorted versions of the name)
I felt so high watching that I needed to put my head between my knees.

I love that you can see the bit rate of the steam slowly decrease the faster he goes lmao
Those with epilepsy, avoid these times:
2:20 – 3:04 — he started going really fast, then did a couple "victory laps" around the town while waiting till the shop opened. the screen "shook" from his speed.
5:21 – 7:00 — after taking a tour of the edges of the farm, he kept getting wood, getting caught in debris, then made it to the egg hunt. news flash: the mod kept his speed. he got 11 eggs. the speed got so bad that he would be standing in one spot and the screen shook like crazy. it literally hurt my eyeballs and i don't have epilepsy. anyway, he got the hat and went home.
7:36 – 8:03 — willy cutscene, he built the bridge on the beach. he didn't find any sea urchins anywhere. just 7 corals and like 3 clams. he paused the timer at 13:05.65, typical. told the editor to jump cut it.
8:20 – 8:30 — he "found" a sea urchin on the beach. he adjusted the time to 9am, then went in to see willy.
9:50 onwards. he pretty much just goes super fast everywhere, to the point where he found out he can glitch outside of the map, and glitch right over rivers (even the one on the beach, so he didn't even need to build it first). he said the onion he ate wasn't as bad as the raw egg he ate in like april. then there was this gem: "what's that? oh, this is when someone tells me jojamart is closing soon." then raced over to it. (this is when he found out he could glitch outside the map). then that's about it.
Hey since you have the bet for biting into a raw onion, as an onion lover i needa tell you something!
If you eat enough onions you can taste the sweetness
And a bit of salt on it does wonders on a raw onion 🙂
