I made a compact automatic crafter that makes fireworks with 3 second long trails and no explosion so you can safely boost your elytra while gliding.
This contraption has to be started and will “break down” if you run out of paper *before* you run out of gunpowder, which shouldn’t happen if you have it hooked to a sugarcane to paper farm which will output a lot of paper.
You can even replace the stone block at the top with a paper crafter that spits into the dropper, as it carries the signal just the same.
There are exactly 7 armor stands on the plate, you will know you have the right amount when they’re doing the arms out in welcome gesture. The comparator is toggled.
