  1. yeah, maybe when I was starting my 5th farm then I would look up powerlevel strats, but for the first time experience it's much more recommended to just play blind, same like dark souls

  2. I never question a single action I take. Accenting year 1 will not be perfect is the perfect way to play. I am only in my year 1 fall , but I am not worried about making mistakes and having fun.

  3. The first 15 parsnips seeds are really good, they get you lvl 1 farming the fastest, unlocking the scarecrow. They also line up perfect as you can then buy potatoes or kale (kale for more xp pr. tile watered) and they'll be ready in time for strawberries, you can't fit in 2 harvests of potatoes. My best tip is to scythe as much fiber you can on the first day and plant the mixed seeds you get from it. You can fairly easily get 5-10 free seeds, which will be either parsnips, potatoes or cauliflower.

  4. Day 16 of spring………..

I honestly don’t know where start

Caroline- I saw a video talking about making sure you gift her x2 this will open up a room full of “erm…….green plants” apparently you can make a mint by selling them. Would you know anything about this

Ive crafted a kiln-melted something into a block BUT…….I now have a caption floating above the kiln displaying a faded silver block. The lady “me” is unable to load coal or anything else meltable

Im eating veg faster than growing it due to energy
Im using the cave collecting XY&Z
I’ve made miracle grow for veg patch
    Collected a blue diamond (artifax)

Im gonna be hounding you for your help lol
I won’t let this game beat me.

Help needed for a very disorienting
    tally lost the plot

  5. OMG. how did i not know about this add stack button?? so that's the config ur supposed to use for the workbench! i only had access to 2 chests… 3yrs and i learn new things everyday…

  6. i have one question.. how can i open the inventory? i put so many stuff inside the chest but idk how i can get em back 🙁

  7. Rng on the traveling merchant year 1 can be so cruel sometimes. Like my last animal product I needed was either a duck egg or a large goat milk. And the merchant had the large goat milk finally in fall, but after I already upgraded the coop and bought a duck, so it was worthless for me now.
Also rng is brutal if you only buy a single fruit tree to unlock the greenhouse, and than a meteor lands on it before it fully grows.

  8. in my experience it is best to keep the parsnip seeds and spend the rest of your money on more parsnip. statistically you almost always get more money with the parsnip.

  9. Is the forest farm a bad one to start with? I love the aesthetic of it from videos ive seen but if it would be too difficult what farms would you reccomend?

  10. Still don't like this game. Is it fun to just planting crops and going around the town? I found that super boring.. I don't know how that many people like this game..

  11. I just made it to summer on my first playthrough. Made my first 10k and got a few tools upgraded. I havent touched the Community Center yet. And im only on level 15 mines.

Ive barely taken any time yet to speak and get to know all the NPCs yet but im waiting for my farm to be a bit more profitable and somewhat automated before i spend too much time socialising.

Theres probably players out there who are miles ahead of me by this season but i dont care. Ive been told "its never too late" with stardew. Theres no expiry on accomplishments so just chillax and progress incrementally or you WILL stress yourself and burn out.

Do not make that mistake. Dont go to bed at 3pm with half an energy bar and try to rush. Live out your days to the fullest.

  12. 2:29 as a new player I can say the wiki really helped alot ( I mainly use it for finding where certain people will be at certain times or what does certain items do and when I can unlock them and how to get married to certain people )
